We will attempt to give you a refund or exchange on every item purchased at any Grocery Gateway Store when you bring in your original receipt and issued Grocery Gateway ‘Money’®. When you don’t have your receipt, we will offer a receipt look-up*.

  1. RETURN POLICY

Unopened items, with a receipt, in original packaging and returned within 90 days of purchase will receive a refund to the original method of payment** or will receive an exchange. Items that are opened, damaged and/or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Click on the tabs below for a list of exceptions and exclusions to our returns policy.

Valid photo ID may be required.

 

  1. WHERE TO RETURN PRODUCTS

Products can be returned or exchanged at any Grocery Gateway Store within 90 days of purchase. Use our Store Locator to find the store nearest you.

 

  1. EXCHANGES  

Exchanges are handled in the same manner as product returns. To exchange a product, simply bring it to any Grocery Gateway Store within 90 days of purchase, in its original condition and packaging, with your receipt and issue of Grocery Gateway "Money"®. * Grocery Gateway Stores can verify purchases made using credit, debit or with the My Grocery Gateway ‘Money’ loyalty program within 90 days after the date of purchase.

 

** Less the value of any Grocery Gateway ‘Money’ or other benefit given at the time of the original purchase.

 

  1. EXCLUSIONS

Some products at Grocery Gateway are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include:

 

  • Gift Cards
  • Hockey Cards
  • Tinted paint and stain products
  • Products cut to length or modified
  • Fireworks
  • Clearance or final sale merchandise
